Sunday, September 28 -- Sunday Family Picnic Train
- Fall has arrived, and every family's schedule has gotten busy with school and other activities. Take a few hours as a family for a leisurely train ride while you munch on traditional picnic goodies. Come early to enjoy throwing a Frisbee around along with other activities. The train departs at 2 p.m. Tickets are $29 for adults and $16 for kids (12 and under).
Friday, October 17 -- Sweetest Day Wine & Chocolate Train
- Treat your sweetie to a romantic Sweetest Day celebration aboard The Old Road Dinner Train. Your evening will begin with a 5-course dinner, complete with a complimentary bouquet of flowers pre-placed at your table. Dinner will feature an assortment of chocolate treats throughout the evening while a strolling musician entertains you. Tickets are $149 per couple. The train departs at 7:30 p.m.
Saturday, October 25 -- Pumpkin Express
- Mark your calendar now and plan to join us for our annual Pumpkin Express. We have two trains scheduled -- 10:30 am and 1 pm. Reservations are required for this train ride, with donuts, Halloween candy, apple cider and activities on board. It's a unique and fun way for young families to celebrate the Halloween season, and is a perfect outing for grandparents and grandkids, too! Tickets are $13 for adults, $12 for seniors, & $10 for children (12 and under).
Please Note: During September and October, The Old Road Dinner Train will be adding additional weekend Murder Mystery Trains (Sunday afternoons and Friday evenings) as demand dictates. If you prefer to book on either a Sunday luncheon train or a Friday dinner train, you may call our reservation staff and ask to be placed on our "Call Back List." As additional trains are added to our schedule, our staff will contact you to let you know when the additional trains have been scheduled, and will assist you in making your reservations. Or, if you prefer, please continue to check our website schedule here for additional trains.
Our fall schedule generally fills up fast as many customers look forward to experiencing the Fall foilage while riding The Old Road Dinner Train through the southeast Michigan countryside. Please make your plans accordingly, and be sure you familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy on our schedule page.
